Are there rooms available at the venue for guests?

A

Rooms have been allocated at our venue for the bridal party and immediate family. There will be a handful of rooms remaining which will be available to all on a first come first served basis. Please contact the venue directly should you wish to book a room. The venues contact details can be found on our 'Details' page.

Q

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

A

Formal and glamorous please with a splash of our theme colours, blush pink or serenity blue. From your tie to a handbag the "splash" is up to you! The Groom and Bridal party will be in blush pink and serenity blue.

Are the welcome drinks the night before open to all?

A

Of course, everyone is most welcome to join us! We look forward to welcoming you with a complimentary drink. Just so you know, whilst the bar will remain open - unfortunately it won't be an open bar. Further details and timings can be found on our 'Details' page.

Please note - the venue's kitchen will be closed on the 28th. We recommended going of site for dinner.

What about brunch the day after?

A

Brunch will be served for our family and close friends staying at our venue on the night of our wedding. If you have been unable to secure a room and would like to attend, please get in contact so we can get you in! Further details and timings can be found on our 'Details' page.

Will the ceremony / reception be indoors or outdoors?

A

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors and cocktails will take place on the lawn (weather providing). The evening food is served by the outdoor brick pizza oven.

What happens after the ceremony?

A

We will be enjoying cocktails and games out on the lawn until the wedding breakfast is served.

Q

What kind of food can I expect?

A

Plenty! Unless you're used to Polish weddings - In which case you may be disappointed there won't be the usual 10 courses. Sorry.

Will there be a vegan option?

A

Of course! Please let us know if you require the vegan option when filling in your RSVP.

What if I have a dietary restrictions?

A

Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when filling in your RSVP.

Is there parking available at the venue?

A

Yes - plenty and it's free!

What time should I arrive?

A

We'd like all our guests to be seated promptly by 12:15. For anyone deciding to travel up that morning - PLEASE allow ample time for the unexpected as we would hate for you to miss the key event!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

A

01:00, followed by a nightcap in the lounge.

Q

Can I take and post pictures of your wedding?

A

Absolutely! Although we have made the decision to have both our ceremony and speeches unplugged. That is to say - no phone's please!

Can I post them on Social Media?

A

Sure!

When is the RSVP deadline?

A

Invites should arrive with you over the Christmas holidays. Please RSVP by 15th January. You can RSVP online here.
